Instructions for Authors
Online Abstract Submission Guidelines
1. General Information
SLSB 2026 will be an in-person conference; authors must attend and present their work in person at the venue.
While papers may have multiple co-authors, at least one author must formally register for and attend the conference to present the research.
Authors must indicate their preferred presentation type (Oral Paper or Poster) on the submission form.
All abstracts must be written and submitted entirely in English using clear, concise, and scientifically appropriate language.
To ensure a fair and unbiased evaluation, all submitted abstracts must be fully anonymized (no author names or affiliations in the body of the abstract file).
Review Process
Submissions undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review based on content quality, strict adherence to formatting, and relevance to conference themes.
2. Presentation Type
Oral Presentation
A 15-minute live presentation followed by a dedicated Q&A session. Covers a wide range of theoretical or research topics.
Poster Presentation
Displayed in physical (hard copy) format during designated sessions, allowing real-time engagement and Q&A with attendees.
Note: The Scientific Committee may recommend a different presentation type after review based on slot availability.
