E-Visas

From 2025, citizens from all countries can apply for 90-day E-Visas via the official portal below.

Processing time is typically 3-4 working days and the visa fee is US$ 25.

When applying, please select Working or Business in the Purpose of entry box. If this option is not available, choose Other and specify conference/summit.

Official Vietnam E-Visa Portal

• A passport with at least six months of validity.
• A .jpg image of the passport data page.
• A passport photo in .jpg format (4x6, white background, without glasses).
• A valid international credit or debit card.
• A working email address for support.
• A temporary address within Vietnam.
• Dates of entry and exit, plus the intended border gates or airports.

Visa Status Lookup

Delegates attending the conference should not select Tourist as the purpose of entry.

After around 3 days, participants can check visa status and download the issued visa from the lookup page below.

If participants cannot obtain an E-Visa, they are kindly requested to contact the organizing team.

Accommodation And Extras

Option for booking Seagull Hotel Quy Nhon. Payment is made directly via the organizer-provided booking link. Transportation from the hotel to the venue (ICISE) is provided.

An excursion around Quy Nhon is planned for February 4, 2026 (USD 50). Participants may register via the organizer-provided link and the fee will be collected at the conference.
